We are based in Wharf Road, Woolston, Southampton, SO14 5JF making us the closest off-port cruise parking venue in Southampton. This means that our customers have shorter journeys to the Southampton cruise terminals and port than those of other cruise parking companies, starting your holiday in a more pleasant, and stress-free way. We also have additional parking based at Wrens Farm, North Baddesley. Just a short journey off the M3!

If you want to catch up on your emails or message before you get to port check-in, we have free onboard wi-fi to let you do just that. Peace of Mind
All our customer’s cars are parked in the car park you leave them at. Unlike other companies, we DO NOT take them elsewhere or leave them parked on the streets. The car park is patrolled by security staff and is covered by 24 hour CCTV. You don’t want to be worrying about your car when you are on your cruise, so we do everything we can to give you complete peace of mind in this respect.
Facilities
When you arrive at the car park after a long (and sometimes stressful) journey, you will be met by our friendly cruise parking assistants. They will help you with your luggage to the transfer vehicle (also located at the car park so there is no walking between locations) and assist you in any way you require. We have bathroom facilities (suitable for wheelchair users) and hot drinks on-site if you’d like a quick brew before the next step of your journey. We can arrange for your car to be valeted whilst you are away so on your return it’s beautifully prepared for your journey home. Just call the office before your arrival and we can arrange it for you!
Vehicle Valeting
Why not treat your car to a wash and clean inside and out while you are on your cruise? We have a variety of services available starting from just £25 to give your car a new shine ready for your collection when you finish your cruise. You can call to pre-book your valeting service at any point prior to your arrival at the Southampton Cruise Parking location.
Customer Service

If we hear news of delays to boarding at the terminal we will let you know as soon as we do so you can choose to delay your journey or know to expect a wait on arrival at the car park.
