Where is Southampton Cruise Parking located?
We have a large secure parking facility in Woolston. This means we are just a 5-minute transfer away from all the Southampton Cruise Terminals and only 30 minutes away from Portsmouth.
We also have another secure parking location at Wrens Farm, North Baddesley, situated just off the M3.
What facilities do you have at the car park?
We have a comfortable waiting room with hot and cold catering available. We are wheelchair accessible throughout and our staff are always happy to help with any extra assistance you may have. Our bathroom facilities are fully accessible and we are keen to hear any feedback as to how we can improve our facilities.
Is the car parking lot secure?
Yes, we have 24 hours CCTV monitoring and the car park is patrolled regularly.
Is your parking under cover?
No, our car park is open air.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, we do have disabled access, and our toilet facilities are wheelchair friendly. Please specify any special requirements during the booking stage and we will be happy to help.
What happens to my vehicle while I am away?
Nothing! Your vehicle will be parked within our secure parking facility until the morning of your return when it will be pulled out ready for handover. Your keys will be given back to you by a member of staff and you can inspect the vehicle. You can relax on your cruise in the knowledge that your car is safe, monitored by 24hr CCTV and in the location, you left it.
What happens to my car keys?
We keep your car keys with us so we can move your car to let another cruise passenger out of their parking space before your return if necessary. It also means that it’s just one less thing for you to worry about when you are on your cruise!
How do we get to the Southampton cruise terminals?
Our modern and comfortable transfer vehicles will be ready and waiting to take you to the Port to start your cruise holiday. We have a range of minibuses and coaches depending on the size of the party travelling to the cruise terminal. Refreshment and bathroom facilities are available on board, along with wi-fi, air-conditioning and charging points for mobile phones and tablets etc. No tatty vans or smelly taxis here at Southampton Cruise Parking!
